However, in the event that you or
your client are dissatisfied with the service provided we do have a complaints
procedure, written details of which can be provided on request. Any complaint
will be handled promptly and courteously and in accordance with our established
complaints procedure. Please contact the Senior Clerk, Keith
Plowman, for further details.
In addition, if you remain dissatisfied
with the level of service you have received you may refer the matter to
the Bar Standards Board (BSB) if you are a solicitor or lay client or (from
6th October 2010) the Legal Ombudsman (LeO) if you are a lay client, small
business, trust or charity.
