In addition, if you remain dissatisfied with the level of service you have received you may refer the matter to the Bar Standards Board (BSB) if you are a solicitor or lay client or (from 6th October 2010) the Legal Ombudsman (LeO) if you are a lay client, small business, trust or charity.
