in 1997. He was a Diplock Scholar at the Middle Temple.
His practice covers a broad range
of Chancery and commercial work with particular experience in property
(including landlord & tenant) and insolvency (both personal and corporate)
litigation. He has also recent and current experience of dealing with matters
relating to companies, disqualification of directors, partnership, professional
negligence, probate, taxation (including Stamp Duty Land Tax), trusts and
public law.
