Kevin Farrelly's practice covers work in a range of property, Chancery and commercial fields, with a particular emphasis on property litigation. He conducts litigation, advises and undertakes drafting work in all areas of property law (especially landlord and tenant, both residential and commercial; leasehold enfranchisement; boundaries and easements; restrictive covenants; and mortgages), family provision and probate, the commercial fields of Chambers' practice (including individual and corporate insolvency) and professional negligence arising out of the above areas.

His reported cases range from landlord and tenant to lottery law, and he was a founder committee member of the Property Bar Association.
