| Since 1968, Leolin Price has practised
as Queen's Counsel specialising in Trusts, Property, Company Law, Commercial
Law, Taxation, Charity and all the areas that fall within (and in many
cases falling outside) the scope of Chancery practice.
He is Queen' Counsel in New South
Wales and the Bahamas, is frequently consulted by clients from Singapore
and Hong Kong and has argued cases in Kenya, the Isle of Man, the Bahamas,
the British Virgin Islands and Gibraltar as well as in other overseas jurisdictions.
He has appeared in many important
cases in the House of Lords and Privy Council and overseas including landmark
cases in trust, company and tax law; conveyancing, landlord & tenant,
university and professional negligence; about the relationship between
the Courts and Parliament; the confidentiality of documents disclosed in
civil and criminal proceedings; and immunity for what is said in the course
of investigating crimes. His involvement in constitutional law and judicial
review has taken him to court in cases involving the European Community,
the Maastricht Treaty, education and the allocation of Lottery money. A

He is used as an arbitrator and is
a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and of the International
Panel of Accredited Arbitrators of the Singapore International Arbitration
Centre. He has recently completed a course for mediators. He has sat as
a Deputy High Court Judge of the High Court of London.
He is a trustee of the Great Ormond
Street Hospital and has been Chairman of the Institute of Child Health
and Chancellor of the Diocese of Swansea and Brecon. Member of the Society
of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
