Principally focused on trusts, tax planning, wills, probate, the administration of estates and family provision but also encompassing personal and corporate insolvency, disqualification of company directors, property litigation (including landlord & tenant), partnership and professional negligence.

Particular expertise in international aspects of the administration of estates having advised relatives of victims of both the World Trade Center attacks and the Lockerbie bombing.

Experienced in the conduct of mediation and alternative dispute resolution.
