| Naomi’s practice covers a broad
range of Chancery and commercial work, including litigation, contentious
and non-contentious drafting and advisory work. She regularly appears in
the County Courts (before both District and Circuit Judges), the High Court
(before both masters and judges), Land Registry Adjudicator, the LVT, Bankruptcy
and Companies Court. She has also recently appeared in the Court of Appeal.

Kahlon v Isherwood [2011] EWCA
Civ 602 (CA) (landlord & tenant) a successful appeal from a decision
that a Tomlin order could amount to a prescribed form under the Housing
Act 1988.
TWM Trust Corporation Ltd v Attorney
General and others [2010] All ER (D) 139 (May) (HC) (wills, charities)
which concerned whether a gift to an unincorporated association in a will
could pass to an association with an altered name but which carried on
the same purposes.
Naomi is a contributor to Tolley's
Trust Drafting and Precedents and is responsible for the chapters relating
to uses and types of trusts and termination of trusts.
Naomi is a member of the Chancery
Bar Association.
Naomi was called to the bar in 2006
after graduating with a first class degree and the Paul Heim prize for
best graduate intending to train and practice as a barrister. She spent
the following year working as a research assistant in the Law Commission's
Family, Property and Trust Team, largely focusing on the Easements, Covenants
and Analogous Rights Consultation Paper. She joined Ten Old Square in 2008,
following the successful completion of her pupillage.
