| Acknowledged as one of the finest
Chancery sets and boasting many outstanding barristers, Ten Old Square
has an excellent reputation for both traditional and commercial Chancery
work.
Situated in Lincoln's Inn in London,
Ten Old Square is made up of 4 QCs and 20 junior barristers whose individual
practices form a wealth of talent covering four principal areas of law:
Private Client
Property
Commercial Chancery
Partnership/LLPs
As a specialist Chancery set of chambers
the barristers at Ten Old Square will handle a very wide range of cases
– from major international trusts disputes and highly complex and confidential
partnership matters to County Court disputes concerning the family home
– providing representation and advice for every level of civil tribunal
in England and Wales.
Most of our work is done in the Chancery
Division of the High Court in London, although we frequently advise and
appear for clients in other parts of the United Kingdom and off-shore jurisdictions.
As many cases often do not fit neatly
into traditional categories like “Chancery” the range of expertise available
to clients at Ten Old Square enables us to offer the specialist advice
needed over a wide range of law.
Chancery barristers have practical
experience in the ways in which their areas of law regularly overlap. For
example, we can easily deal with trusts points in a matrimonial matter,
or issues relating to “manorial rights” in an argument over access to land.
The full extent of how any barrister
could help you is always best discussed with our experienced
Clerks, who will provide assured guidance on who the ideal choice of
barrister will be and how much it is likely to cost.
All the barristers at Ten Old Square
are members of the Chancery Bar Association
and many are members of the Property
Bar Association as well as STEP,
ACTAPS
and the APP. |
