This is an application under section 7(9) of the Data Protection Act 1998 (“the 1998 Act”). The claimants are Ashley Judith Dawson-Damer (“Ashley”), and her children Piers Dawson-Damer (“Piers”) and Adelicia Dawson-Damer (“Adelicia”). The application is made against the law firm Taylor Wessing LLP.
