Eason Rajah KC successfully advised the plaintiffs, Cristiana Crociani and her minor daughters, in the recent long running case of Crociani & O’rs v Crociani & O’rs [2017] JRC146. The Jersey Royal Court found in favour of the reconstitution of the trust fund expected to be worth USD200 million, with the case spanning multiple jurisdictions in the US, Europe, Caribbean and UK. Eason Rajah KC was instructed by solicitors Bedell Cristin.
