Naomi Winston and Bryony Robinson, barristers at Ten Old Square, presented an introductory course on partnerships and LLPs and how they work. The 3 hour accredited seminar on 8th March 2018 was held in central London.
The aim of this half day course was to provide a practical introduction to understanding how partnerships and LLPs work and appealed to transactional lawyers advising on business structures or litigators who have very little or no knowledge of this specialist field.
