David Schmitz authors an article in December 2017’s Property Law Journal, considering how the principles in Coventry v Lawrence (No 1) [2014] on nuisance and the character of the area might best be applied. The article is a revised version of the author’s article ‘Neighbourhood Watch’ published in the Commercial Litigation Journal in June 2017.
