Ten Old Square hosted a seminar on the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975 with keynote speaker and author of the text book, Sidney Ross, and included an analysis by a panel of private client barristers. Celebrating the publication of the 4th edition of Inheritance Act Claims (Sweet and Maxwell) by Ten Old Square’s barrister Sidney Ross, barristers explored recent developments in these important and often complex claims.
Leading silk Eason Rajah KC chaired the seminar, including a thought-provoking discussion on this perennial but ever-changing area of the law.
