Francis Barlow KC and Ten Old Square nominated for Private Client: Trusts and Probate awards

Chambers is delighted to announce that Francis Barlow KC, Head of Chambers, has been nominated “Silk of the Year 2019” and Ten Old Square as “Set of the Year” in this year’s Legal 500 Bar awards.
Mr Barlow is acknowledged as a leading Silk both at home and abroad and is highly respected for his private client trusts and probate experience. As well as having particular expertise in drafting UK and offshore trusts, and advising on their construction and effect and associated taxation issues, he has extensive experience in contested trust, probate and succession disputes. He is described as “vastly experienced and is the first port of call for advice on trust issues of particular complexity” (Legal 500, 2018).
