Our expert panel of barristers discussed conflicts of interest in the Court of Protection, using case studies and real life examples, and offered practical tips on handling any conflicts.

Conflicts of interest (and of duties) are a common – but not always recognised – feature of work in the Court of Protection. We will be discussing when they arise, how to recognise them, what to do about them and when they give rise to claims or grounds for removal.
