Chancery Bar Association Geneva Conference

Richard Dew and Andreas Giannakopoulos will be speaking at the Chancery Bar Association’s Geneva Conference on 18 April 2024.

Richard Dew will examine the latest developments in cross-border succession & protection of adults alongside Robert Avis of Charles Russell Speechlys (Geneva). Andreas Giannakopoulos will discuss the impact of breach of jurisdiction agreements on enforcement in the UK following the UK’s failed bid to re-join the Lugano Convention.
