Thomas James appointed as Junior Counsel to the Crown

We are pleased to announce that Thomas James has been appointed to the Attorney General’s C Panel of Junior Counsel, in his first year of eligibility. The appointment takes effect from 1 September 2024.
Competition for appointments to the Treasury Panels is fiercely competitive as it allows barristers to act on behalf of Government departments, including HMRC. Thomas will continue to undertake private practice work, which is unaffected by his panel appointment.
