This year, Ten Old Square’s Private Client Evening Seminar takes a look at the remedies for mistake in trusts, wills and estates. Join us to hear Susannah Meadway, Richard Dew and Thomas James explore claims for rescission and rectification as ways of undoing mistakes, as well as professional negligence claims to recover losses for trusts, estates and beneficiaries.
