Jonathan Gavaghan authorised by the Chancellor of the High Court to hear specialist Business and Property list cases as a Recorder

The Chancellor of the High Court (the Rt. Hon. Sir Colin Birss) has authorised Jonathan Gavaghan to hear cases as a Recorder in the specialist Business and Property Court list at the County Court at Central London.   

Jonathan was appointed as a Recorder in 2018 and is also authorised to sit in criminal cases in the Crown Court and general civil cases in the County Court. 

His practice as a barrister will be unaffected.
