Ten Old Square is delighted to announce that James Egan has been appointed as a legally qualified member of the Civil Procedure Rule Committee for a three-year term commencing 1 October 2026.
The Committee is responsible for making the rules of court governing civil procedure in the Court of Appeal, the High Court, and the County Court. This appointment reflects James’s expertise in civil law, including traditional and commercial chancery and property, and we congratulate him on this well-deserved recognition.
