Bryony Robinson joined Chambers in October 2015, following the successful completion of her pupillage. During pupillage Bryony gained experience across all Chambers’ practice areas, including probate and trust disputes, partnership matters and property. Bryony regularly appears in her own right in the County Court and High Court, as well as being led on larger cases. Bryony has also appeared in the First Tier Tribunal and is available to attend mediations.
Prior to commencing pupillage Bryony was a Judicial Assistant to Lord Justice Longmore in the Court of Appeal. This has given her a valuable understanding of the appellate process and thorough knowledge of commercial litigation.
Whilst working in the Court of Appeal Bryony obtained significant familiarity with commercial litigation which has further enhanced her keen commercial awareness. In practice Bryony handles a range of contractual disputes and has recently been led on a joint venture case involving a significant international element. She appears in both the High Court and County Court on insolvency matters, including winding up and bankruptcy petitions, and has also appeared in claims regarding the late registration of company charges. She has particular expertise in procedural matters, including service and enforcement of judgments.
