Offshore Disputes

Members of Chambers frequently advise, assist and represent trustees, beneficiaries and others in offshore trust litigation in jurisdictions including Jersey, Guernsey, the Isle of Man, the Cayman Islands, BVI, the Bahamas, Hong Kong, Prince Edward Island and many others. Our members are often involved behind the scenes on a consultative basis or assisting advocates in offshore litigation. We have long-established relationships with specialist firms in the leading offshore jurisdictions and our barristers enjoy working cooperatively and as part of a team with the advocates in those cases. Our barristers also appear in appeals in such disputes in the Privy Council.
