Do you act for landlords or tenants?

Our barristers act for both landlords and tenants, as well as other parties including letting agents and housing associations. This gives our barristers a rounded understanding of the law, and a tactical understanding of how best to help their clients, whether they are landlords or tenants.

Do you have experience of licensed premises (i.e. pubs, bars and clubs)?

Yes we do. A number of our barristers have significant experience in representing both landlords and tenants in the licensed trade, including in cases involving some of the UK’s pub companies and in Pubs Code adjudications.
