Private Client: Non-Contentious

We are recognised as one of the leading sets for private client: non-contentious work, having won Chambers of the year at the STEP Private Client Awards, in both 2015 / 2016 and 2013 / 2014.

We have a reputation for complex onshore and offshore matters as well as being described as the “go-to set for most trusts and IHT advice” (Legal 500 2015). A number of individual members of Chambers are ranked as band 1 for trusts and probate work and are variously described as “first class”, “technically excellent”, “the brightest of his generation” and “an absolute master of trust law”.
