Jonathan Gavaghan is speaking at the Association of Partnership Practitioners on arbitration of LLPs and partnership disputes on Thursday 8 November.
Jonathan has particular experience in partnership / LLP disputes, commercial disputes and property law. He also specialises in Company law, including breach of fiduciary duty claims and shareholder disputes. In addition, he is a Recorder (Crown Court) allocated to the Northern Circuit.
