Jeremy Callman and Naomi Winston are delighted to announce the publication of a new book on LLP and Partnership Law (co-written with Corinne Staves and Elspeth Berry).
LLP and Partnership Law: A legal and practical guide provides a user-friendly, practical, and accessible resource to help practitioners, students, partners and those running firms to navigate this specialist field.
It is written by a team of experts, including two specialist partnership and LLP barristers with many years of litigation as well as non-contentious drafting experience, an experienced solicitor practising in partnership and LLP structures and agreements, and a leading and highly regarded academic on this topic. With chapter contributions from Fox & Partners and Evelyn Partners.
It provides clear and practical guidance on the main issues that arise time and again in the world of partnerships and LLPs and includes checklists on key topics.
