Leon Pickering Appointed as Judge of the First-tier Tribunal

Ten Old Square is delighted to announce that Leon Pickering has been appointed as a fee-paid Judge of the First-tier Tribunal (Health, Education and Social Care Chamber)
Leon, who was called in 2010, also sits as a Deputy District Judge. He will continue to practise in Chambers and was recently ranked in Chambers UK 2022 as being Band 1 for Trusts, Band 2 for Court of Protection: Property and Affairs, and Band 3 for Chancery: Traditional. He is also the author of Parker’s Will Precedents.
