Disability at the Bar Webinar
8th Jun 2022
Naomi Winston will be chairing a panel discussion from 5.30-6.30pm tonight on ‘Disability at the Bar: what can go wrong and how to make it work’.
The panel discussion, hosted by the Court of Protection Bar Association, will look at the experiences of disabled barristers and judges, focusing on both the positives and negatives of the current system and thinking about what we can all do better.
The speakers are HHJ Fayyaz Afzal, Sarah Phillimore (St John’s), Peggy Etiebet (Cornerstone), Rebecca Griffiths (Apex), and Lemuel Lucan-Wilson (Wilberforce).

As a topic of broader interest and importance, this webinar is open to all, regardless of whether they are members of the Court of Protection Bar Association or Court of Protection practitioners. Please do forward the above link to those you think will be interested.
The panel will be taking questions. If any occur to you in advance, please submit them to email@example.com.
Given the potential sensitivity of the subject matter and the wish for both the panel and audience members to feel comfortable being frank, the webinar will not be recorded, and Chatham House rules will apply.
