Paul Stafford gives lecture on Minerals and Manorial Law

Paul Stafford recently gave a lecture on ‘Minerals and Manorial Law’ to the Minerals team at Knights. Having published broadly in this area, Paul is happy to give talks at conferences and training days on all aspects of manorial law and related topics of minerals and commons. This subject may be of particular interest to solicitors with clients who are landowners, developers, or businesses involved with minerals extraction and renewable energy. His forthcoming book A Practical Guide to Manorial Law is due to be published in 2024.
