Jonathan Gavaghan to chair Mediation Masterclass

Jonathan Gavaghan will be chairing the Association of Partnership Practitioners’ Mediation Masterclass on 25^th January 2024. The seminar will focus on how best to assist partners in avoiding or ending disputes as well as discussing the recent landmark decision of the Court of Appeal in Churchill v Merthyr Tydfil CBC.
