Ten Old Square is delighted to be sponsoring the 7th edition of the Contentious Trusts Association’s annual Trusts in Litigation Conference, which will take place from 20 to 22 March 2024 at the Marriott Hotel in Budapest.
Georgia Bedworth will be delivering a workshop on 21 March entitled “What duties are owed by advisors onshore and offshore in light of White v Jones?” alongside Sarah Aughwane (Withers) and Elliot Aron (Carey Olsen).
